You must be authorized to represent the identity you list. Payment buys a position determined only by bid amount and tie timing; it does not buy an endorsement, investment service, security, guaranteed exposure, or permanent position.

Card payments fulfill after confirmed payment. Larger position requests are inquiries only and create no charge, reservation, or position until payment is received. Fraud, impersonation, disputes, refunds, or chargebacks may freeze or remove a listing.

Buyers receive transactional confirmations and may receive direct notices when their own position is displaced. Broader #1-change alerts are optional and can be unsubscribed from at any time.
