Collect less. Keep it controlled.

We process fund identity, verification records, contact details, payment references, IP-derived rate-limit hashes, bid activity, and outbound click counts to operate and protect the leaderboard. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by topfund.lol.

Optional #1-change alerts are sent only after explicit signup. Every alert includes an unsubscribe control. Transactional receipts and direct notices about a purchased position are operational messages.

We do not sell bidder or visitor data. Operational and compliance records may be retained where required for disputes, fraud prevention, accounting, or law.
